Hi I need a texture maker or editor, but GIMP isn't woring on my computer. Any suggestions?

If you have the cash i 100% suggest Photoshop it is the best out there and is used by nearly all of the best designers.

I also suggest Photoshop.

If you don't have that kind of money then CorelXARA 2. (Yes, the Word Perfect Corel is still around )
