FPSC Classic Models and Media / Game Creator Store Problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

I recently downloaded the Game Creator store and purchased the many free entities the users had to offer. When I click on 'purchases' an error message pops up saying that I need to have Direct X 9.0c installed. BUT I ALREADY DO HAVE IT ON MY COMPUTER!

So, I went on Google and downloaded the required Direct X, ran the file, tried again, and the error message STILL came up!

Has anybody experienced this problem? If you know how to fix it, please tell me what to do ASAP! Thank you!

Does your GPU support Dx9.0c? That's the only problem I can think of.

Make sure you have Internet explorer 7 as well

uninstall old version dx 9.0c , then re-install it.
