There are many ways of doing this, you could use a picture and overlay it onto another texture, use photoshop or a similar program etc.

Please be more specific, what kind of texture?

Awesome! Thanks. Could you send me an e-mail?

Also, to make a good texture, you will need a good program like Gimp, or Photoshop. I'd reccommend taking some refrence pictures, laying them over the correct parts of the UV Map, and add some effects to make them look less-than-perfect (realistic).
