i know this can be done with ply's mod but can someone help me with it as i need to be able to walk up to an objet and hit a key to view through the camera's eyes

You'll need to do two things:

- Set up the security camera entity with a script that creates and binds the camera to that entity.
- Set up the console entity to view the security camera camera when the user presses a button nearby and to go back to the original camera when they need to.


See if you can script that. If you get stuck on the way, post what you have so far here and I'll see what I can help with.

Also, remember that to bind a camera to an entity it MUST be a character
