Does anyone know a way to hide more than one sprite quickly?

Currently I'm writing

hide sprite 1
hide sprite 2
hide sprite 3
etc etc etc.

Hide sprite 1, 2, 3 etc doesn't work either!

Use an for-loop.
(Of course that only speeds up the writing of the code, not the execution time).

If you're hiding all but one or two sprites, you could use HIDE ALL SPRITES then show the ones you want...just an alternative, you choose the best method
