Hey, I am taking requests for textures of characters/weapons/entities from the stock media and model packs.

It is completely free, as I am only doing it for the experience. You can see some of the textures I've done in my other thread, the Tavor Retexture.

Are you doing only stock media? Or all free media?

I'd like to see a retexture of the Autoslug; just to see what you come up with. I think it'd be cool.

Some people say that I'm crazy... And I agree.

@ Gladius

Will do as soon as I've finished the saw. I've been lookin at doing something like that for a while now

What you could do with the zombie is give it pure-red eyes, then make an illumination map.

ok, herea one i have half done, can you o two things with it.
1
finish it, because its not done, the blue needs to be replaced with the red paint, the bottom needs finishing, keep in mind that the black lines should be colored over, they simply define the shapes.
and
2
re texture it to make a dark brown with yellow paint spatters, version.

Ok, here is the finished SS Zombie. Thanks for the suggestions Toasty and Peter. I didn't use red for the eyes, but a whiteish-yellow, like the zombies in Call of Duty 5 had.

Note on Zombie: it is best to use in an enclosed room, or in a dark outdoor setting. If there is too much light, the blood does not look as real (it is a bright red) and the clothes also look to bright, and the grimy look does not show

What do you think of this so far gorba?

I'm still trying to figure out how to make the bottom similar to the top (as I'm not using the texture editor)

Ok gorba, I've got the bottom of the barrel sorted out. Here's the 'finished' piece. Just let me know if you want anything changed. I'll get started on the second barrel right now.

haha

Edit: Where is it that you want the yellow paint?

I got an idea for the Autoslug; make it look kinda like a flamethrower. Put some flame decals on it, etc. That's in addition to a scorch mark on the barrels, and a complete revamping of the texture so it becomes something a little darker, like black or red.

Some people say that I'm crazy... And I agree.

can you retexture the vent segmant
i would like it to be a modern and urban version, maybe a little rusty
also that ss model was really good , can i use it too? (not gonna use it unless i have permission from kennedy, and permission/no problems with me having it from whoever asked him to make it)

Thats a great idea for the autoslug Crusader!
Wish I'd have come up with that, haha.

@john

Sure you can. All the textures I do are for everyone to use (except for the ones that gorba has requested, you'll have to ask his permission)

I will give it a shot.

And I'm working on the autoslug for you Crusader. Do you want realistic flames along the side, or a cartoony look, as if it was from Halo/Quake/Unreal Tournament? haha

Yeah, I didn't realize either. I kept reloading the page cos the new posts weren't showing up!

Can do Red Eye. It may take awhile though. I've got a few requests already (as well as a buggy wireless internet connection *groan*).

I'll get the new requests done and posted ASAP though, don't you guys worry
