hello every1...
im not sure how to go about this but im tryin to make an online game and i havent got a clue how to make a fps creator game work online....
the only thing i can think of is using a multiplayer game program and intergrating it with my game...lol just a guess

Change the properties in the editor to be a "Multiplayer" game.

You'll know that it worked because the field in the Editor will change to a dark Red color.

but does this have an online multiplayer mode?
everytime itry and test the map it says i cant because i need two players minimal.......
and im trying to make this game work as a network game like cs and AVA....
im trying to release it as a free mmofps or sort of mmo....

sorry about the two posts in a row ...
i can test them.
whats the difference between the file formats for a multiplayer map and singleplayer .....
and also is there any way of converting the map files created in fps creator to cmap files used in the Ca3De engine that has a intergrated online server sytem....
moding the Ca3De engine and using the fps creator to make maps and scenarios and use its models or obviously my custom models should produce 1 sweeet game....

*sigh*

when you change into multiplayer mode players are not the player start markers, they are entities.

so to test your level in multiplayer mode place 2 character entities.

hope this clears it up a bit.
