yeah, I have made this wall with spikes (attached), and what i need it to do is, follow waypoints and go back when it reaches the end without reversing - like the script "follownorotate.fpi",
but the thing is.. I need it to hurt the player when he touches it.

I tried this:

And then i tried using the fpe file from one of the unarmed characters that come with the program, with another texture and mesh of course. it is there when i insert it to my level with the leveleditor, but then the model simply disappears when i test the game.
I have tried various things, but can't figure it out.
I hope someone here can help me!

P.s Here is the FPE im using atm;

Please help me!

Also, when I use a normal FPE, (like the ones from standard stuff like a table and such)with the aimain script set to the one in the above post , the model shows up, put it does not follow the waypoints.
And before anyone asks: YES, i have made it a dynamic entity.xd

I'm not a moderator, but I play one on tv.

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

I am aware of that, but I funnily also get told that i should not post my question as my title, what the hell do you want me to do?
Here for example
As you can see i asked something similar about 3 years ago.

But instead of acting like you own the forums, couldn't you just answer my damn question?
Thank you.

Wow. Sorry for helping to point out the rules. It's just that lately everyone is just asking "Please Help", and that does nothing for those of us looking at the titles. Nor does it help in searching. What happened 3 years ago still holds true today - don't title your post with the question. But you should be able to paraphrase your problem in a couple words. With this thread, namely "Entity Move and Hurt Player Issue".

As to your question: Why are you using the RANDOM statement? After looking at your code, I cannot see why you would need this. Secondly, there's been multiple discussions about getting an entity to move, so you'd probably be better off searching for the answer on that.

Allright.
It was not THAT you pointed out the rules, it was more THE WAY you asked:b

Well, I am not sure about the random part,
I actually achieved getting the entity to move back the last time i was tryin' but now i can't get it to work.

I'll try searching around a bit.
