@beachard5
As always all textures are baked before import, only ambient lighting is used.

@Xplosys
Well.lol, I do a little research on everything I do, I dont go completely overboard and use a lot of license, the Inn doesnt have the arched roof common to medieval design, most of which gives a nod to Roman architecture. The beams are exactly as my friends house in Cricklade in the Cotswolds. I get a lot of ideas from tv and film set designs a nod in the direction of Blackadder here lol, other games such as Oblivion and of course google is your friend. Used to work for theatres,museums and galleries, so done a lot of set design and installations, one of my faves was full scale representation of a ruined St Kilda cottage, the professor I worked with had knowledge of how to create fake stone using polystyrene, plaster, glue and sand mix which looks like the real thing once painted, every detail was in there right down to the bird crap, I have created many fake stone fireplaces for friends since then, I love old stuff.

@Krowsnest
It was common to use an old wagon wheel with candles stuck on it as a chandelier, some more wealthy sorts would have an iron one, the fireplace is also common to the period.

I am thinking your game has plenty of nice media, wish I had the time to add to your game.

WOW that is beautiful.

Could you help me out man?
I'm working on a HUD for a nightvision script, but I don't know how big it needs to be to fill the whole screen. Do you have the dimensions or whatnot?

Rolfy, amazing work and beautiful environments.. as usual.
The crypt reaper is really cool, just afraid that maybe the high quality textures and shaders on him as well as the reflections in your second shot may slow the frame rate down, and since my PC is no powerhouse, that's a concern.

Whoa, the reaper looks pretty p'd off...

If I was ever given the opportunity to remove all the bad from the world, I wouldn't, because for there to be heroism, compassion and all that is good, there must also be all that is bad.

Those last screens are great. Is that a shader in the last screen? Keep up the great work.

Rolfy truely an inspiration. I loved your first demo. I learned alot just by playing it. I wanted to point out that blender now has a texture bake for those that want it. Keep up the Great Work!

There is no need to worry about frame rates, as in first demo I will try to create a game that will run on low end machines, using a lot of flummery and trickery

Thanks to all for cool comments

Ah... rolfy now I realize that they don't use effects. Wow this is awesome.
Also, any chances of releasing the custom media in this game? It's something I would definitely buy.

The crypt reaper really cought my eye
In case you think of realeasing a fantasy monster pack, put me on the pre-order list please. Even a simple skeleton wielding a sword and being animated to use it would be great.

OT: This is really a demo I am looking forward to play!

I agree! Just looking at his work helps me alot. Just to be able tp tear into some of what he has done would be a dream come true! Just a tutorial from Rolfy ,EAI, Ply and Bond1 would be considered the next great thing for me. With shaders, texture bakes, character and level design, weapons, animations, scripting, and mods would be perfect.

Hint, Hint! Nickydude do you agree with this? Get them all together and pull this one off. I would pay for it.

Sorry rolfy for getting off subject, I just got excited to see the post move, but sadly it wasn't you moving the post.

The game should end if you kill all the werewolves, or they kill you Obviously its a glitch, probably wont happen every time.

Well I hope everything works out man, life indeed does have a finnicky way of getting in the way sometimes. When you can grab the time to work on the project though, I'm excited to see progress as always

Oh, by the way, how's getting a TGC Store account coming along for you? Still very curious about that

Cheers

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.
