I created a malaria script, that is like a doom sentance which the player must hit g to battle against the virus or die, but it dont work here is the code

the end bit has no state as its game over, or is that why it plays up. if theres nothing wrong with it ill have to reinstall fpsc again.

...your install is fine. As is, this script is the culprit.

Plystire posted a very useful scripting tutorial, that will
shed some light as to what you will need to correct in your
script, to get it to function as desired.

There are also other numerous resources, that you can readily
locate with some dedicated use of the search function...

...that's very doubtful.

I know that you haven't seen Plystire's tutorial.

If you'd followed all of them, you'd easily be spotting some of the glaring omissions and mistakes that pop out immediately, from your script...

Good luck to you, in your future endeavors...

Try writing your script in an english format.

For each line of code, replace the first colon ( : ) with "If" and replace the second colon with "Then". Now replace the commas with "And".

Read the script back to yourself and see if it makes sense.

I just did this and here's what you get from your script:

You'll notice that some lines read smoothly and make sense. Other lines don't make sense because they don't make a complete thought.

Here's a hint: Every line of code should have an "If" as well as a "Then".

(This is only part of your problem. Once this is solved, you can move on to your next problem)

(NOTE: The script will not run with the "Ifs" and the "Thens" or even the "Ands", in case you were wondering. This is just an exercise to make the script into a more understandable state.)

thanks Plystire, just a shame im a slow learner in fpsc scripting the top line is from Bond1's chainsaw brute so there deffently no errors in that as a matter of fact the code is is a written copy of bond1's chainsaw brute dodge attack which is why i dont get why it dont work, but still ill repost the script when its done.

Well, repeated instructions are sometimes helpful to let the messege sink in.
