Hi, Subject says it all. Love the RC 7 so far but I wanna test it with a game made with x10.

Where can I find such?

Also, does the FPS X10 come in 64 bit software?

All the answers you will ever need to do with FPSC X10 specs

Thanks for the Demo Link!

Yeah I see what your saying,

Windows 7 64 bit - Not Recommended - THIS IS A BETA OS AND CAN CAUSE ISSUES I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ITS USE. SOME USERS HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS OS AND FPSC X10 SOME DO NOT JUST DEPENDS IF YOUR LUCKY

I am one of those people that have a compatible card that works but may have issues. The above was written back in Oct 20, of last year probably when the Beta of windows 7 first came out. I am hoping some issues were fixed since the Beta and the RC version.

Also, something I didn't read in the system requirements; If you make a game with the 64 bit version, is the resulting standalone game 64 bit software or 32 or compatible with both? I ask because I want to know if the game takes full advantage of the 64 bit buss.

I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

FPSC X10 installed and worked with Windows 7 for my PC but there was a serious performance issue in the map editor where it took like a couple of seconds for the segment marker to move around the grid.

Then I just started getting loads of freezing in the operating system and had to hard reset after about 20 mins of use so ended up uninstalling. Vista 64bit is doing the job very nicely for me now.

Using betas for some things is fine but apparently not for your operating system.

NO that was written about 2 weeks ago when the RC version came out actually i update it weekly from developer blogs and so on to get latest information on what drivers you need and so on. You need to look at the edited part not the posted part.

Also FPSC X10 is supported officially for 32bit only but it does work with 64bit as far as i can tell and when you build a game it is made for 32bit but also works with 64bit.

Yeah, I have vista 64 bit and FPSC games work better for me then Half Life 2: The Lost Coast (If you don't know, you can't run that in 64 bit mode.)
