I would like to know if someone is able to provide help creating a lightsaber (since my skills are really low)

I have heard a lightsaber is not very hard to do as it is "quite rudimentar shape".

I would need however that it had 2 crossed planes to aply a texture that I would gladly create.

To prove I can make a realistic one in photoshop I post this image.

From what he has supplied I think he is refering to help in that he needs someone to uv-map the light saber texture onto a normal sword for use in FPSC.

and made it FPS C avaliable..but it wouldn't need to be anything with hands or anything just:

2 crossed planes with a handle+a UVmap of it

So, you're basically posting a request for someone to model, UV, and FPS-ready a lightsaber for you

...double check and retrace your steps. Most likely:

1. Your FPSC directory is in a custom location.

2. (If #1 above is false) You are installing the file in a location other than the default FPSC directory.

Good luck to you, in your endeavors...

I see the problem.

The light saber installs in the gamecore/guns by default. (C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\guns)

It needs to be in a subfolder.

Goto your guns folder and make a new folder called LightSaber and then move (drag and drop) the six files into the new LightSaber folder.

Now you should see it in the drop down list of weapons available for the player marker.
