Whats the best and cheepest programme for:

Weapon moddeling
entities moddeling
segments moddeling
character moddeling

and any body got a tutorial on how to do them all???

Milkshape3D will make all of those, and allow for animation of characters and weapons.

Segments and entities however can be made with free programs such as Anim8or or Blender, but if you want animated weapons and characters, Milkshape is the best deal you will find, it is about £25.

You can do all of that with Blender And it's free...

Blender does bone animations? You learn something new every day. I would try it out but since I already model in Anim8or and animate in Milkshape, I have little need.

You might aswell try Blender then, Open Eye Studios.
