yeah, I have a question. I am making a game when you would need to sneak past gaurds by distracting them. You need to turn on the radio to make them dance to distract them so you can sneak by. How can I do this? Plesae Respond.

You could use milkshape (for beginners)
to animate your guys. and you could use a switch who activate the animation. and activate a sound zone.

Yeah milkshape does work alot of user made content was made with milkshape.. And blender is alot more complicated to work with so it not for beginners. Also try truespace 7.6 it not for beginners (but easier then blender not as easy as milkshape)but its free and has alot of video tutorials to teach you how to use it.

I use blender. There are plenty of tutorials to get you started. Search super3boy in youtube and watch his tutorials. He has around 30.
Also go to this wiki book. It is really helpful.

I think that true space's support is being cut. I may be wrong.

@midgetz: Rick roll was a combination of both I think, if not then it was just animations.

tru space ez cut. I will try to do script anomations then. so I went to best buy and i got a PNY nvidia GeForce 9800 GT XLR8 Edition with Power Efficent. So I got rid of my old nvidia GeForce 8500 that wasnt supportes. you can boodt everything to high and ragdolls and absolutly no lag!!

i dont like 3ds max or audodesk or gmax, oh and i finally got milkshape to work. i had to convert the X file in to a ms3d file. where should i put the dance animation files? in the stand animations or the shoot? and how would i modify the script?
