Are any of these three commands possible in multiplayer?

End the multiplayer game command.

Alter (increase/decrease) player score

Read the players score

No, but multiplayer commands have been planned for a future release. Unless you make your own Mod or someone else makes one to do this, then you may need to wait until then. Sorry.
