I first I thought modeling was easy but when I saw so many lines in W.I.P models, I thought it was so hard! Why can't I just do this? Look at screenie.

Well, really, it isn't easy. It's like art. It takes a load of practice and some talent also.

You're not going to be able to make AAA quality models just like that--no practice, no experience. If that were the case, everyone on these forums would be working part-time for Playstation.

Many people do until they realize, like anything else, modeling takes practice. And when the majority of people realize they actually have to put an effort into it, they give up.

Search harder. There are thousands of tutorials online for 3D modeling. Good luck.

Yeah, Modeling is like making a painting. You have to know the tricks, and you have to be a bit talented also. (artistic) To know the tricks: There are thousend tutorials. Go to 3D chat, and start there.

Tutorials can teach you how to model. Some tutorials are very vague on the program it self.

I would recommend that you learn the program first as well as understanding modeling concepts how to clean up models scaling and the
limitation of FSPC which can be very picky.

I have no talent it took brute force for nearly a year or so to understand modeling and I'm still no bond or Errant.

You ARE talented. You have imagination. And i personnaly think, with some time and effort "everyone" can make a zombie that is almost eaten up. And if you make a bunch of test model zombies. I am sure you will get the skills to make one in no-time. Thought bond1 is a zombie modeling expert. and Errant a gun modeling expert.

I took me 4 months, to fully understand 3dsmax. Now i make my charcters/weapons/[models] also. With own animations and etc.

Indeed. That is a good thing to do.

My dad bought me AC3D. And there is no great tutorials.
Oh and my question was this: I don't why there are so many lines.
Can you just make a shape of the object with the lines? Like my screenie in my first post?

So you want to be able to draw a shape and have it come out perfect how you want it? That's not how it works.
