Newcomers DBPro Corner / Sync Command

Hi Everyone
Please I know u have been asked this many times before, but one more time for us newbees.
Iam tring to refresh text so that it does not write on top of its self using the sync command, can anybody help me

if you want the text to keep printing under itself you don't need to do anything just keep using 'print' command and it will automatically go under the last line if you want to erase the first line and put new message there then print the first message then use the 'cls' command to clear the screen then print the new message.

Hi
Don't want to use CLS command this will clear all of the screen, just want to update the text part.
Iam displaying a counter and adding one to this each time round but sync command does not refresh the text so it over writes and looks a mess.
