How can I make .x files? I'm wanting to create my own entities.

You need a modeling program like Fragmotion.

You also want to try Milkshape 3D.

You can model and animate with either of these.
I use both because Fragmotion retains the X file's animations on import whereas milkshape doesn't.
Milkshape exports the X files compatible with FPSC... X(JT).

So, I import X files into FragMotion, then edit and UV map them, and then export that as a Milshape 3D file.

Then I open that in Milkshape to do my animations and then export as X (jt) for FPSC.

There are other free programs out there like Blender and Sketchup, so try those too.
Use the one that has the best interface for your workflow.

I think you can use milkshape to export as an .x file, it's pretty user friendly and very cheap software too

Back to Conjured Entertainment, how do you use sketchup to create.x files? I'm very used to sketchup and love its interface.
