FPS Creator X10 / Errors in test game loading process

Hi,
I'm quite happy with X10 and love playing around with it but there are two current errors im experiencing the first and if not most annoying is that after I end a test game (this may be caused by Windows 7 i'm not sure) but after im out of the test game in the process tab of the task mannager it's stil running causing the next test game to fail and crash X10 the problem is it only happens occasionaly so i don't know wether i have to turn it off or not. The second problem is more than likley caused by the fact it still thinks the preivious test game is still running but the test game load runs till either creating entity elements or creating entity instaces.

Thats the processes tab wich says its still running heres the application tab wich shows X10 is not running cause it closed after a crash.

We need to know the following please:

System Spec
Direct X Version
Latest drivers
Versuon of FPSC

then we can help much better at the moment it seems to me that yoiu are havign trouble running FPSC whcih has caused a crash and for the FPSC-Game.exe to keep running after a crash is very common especially in X9 so i suggest the same is in X10.

Windows 7, Intel Core 2 Duo 3.2 Ghz, 4GB, 2x Nvidia 9600GT 1GB

3.7 Windows experience index
Geforce 8500 GT nvidia card it says its running directX 8.1
but i've installed the dx10 version that came with fpscx10

186.18 is the latest and my current driver and the latest version of x10

also its running perfectly in the editor after i exit the test game it never has crashed apon exiting a test game only ever at loading when the previous test failed to fully close.

Have updated to FPSC X10 v1.09? Do you have UAC on? What Operating System do you have (Vista, Windows 7), Windows 7 apparently had problems with FPSC X10.

The most likely factor though is that UAC (User Account Control) is interfering with FPSC-game.exe, you can turn UAC off by searching UAC in control panel. This will require you to restart your computer.
