I noticed that that there are few if any ww2 pacific theater models and wanted to make a free model pack of them. If anyone has any suggestions/ideas/comments or wants to help out just say so.

Pacific theatre would mean Japanese equipment as well as island locale environment elements and defenses unique to that part of the war.

That would be awesome. How about some Japanese infantry and a light tank

Here is a typical WW2 tropical infantry uniform:

And here is the most widely built Japanese tank of WW2, the HA-GO:

Can you copy the soldier I left a picture of earlier in the post? Japanese infantry had their boots up a bit higher than the American soldier did.

Here is a photo of a typical WW2 infantryman from Japan:

Looks great! Your Pacific theatre theme would make a good entry for the Indepence Contest thread. Keep up the good work.

maybe a few bunkers or tress? the never go amiss.

I would use the German soldiers as a base for the Japanese since the uniform cut is much more similar.

By painting the lower ridge of the German "Stahlhelm" black, you could even be able to recreate a very accurate Japanese infantry helmet

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

This looks great! And for free it's nothing I could resist! I'm currently making a WW2 game so these would fit just fine. Thanks.
