Hi whenever I run FPS Creator Free (or FPS Creator) on windows vista I get a message that tells me to turn it off, but I don't know if I should do that because it says it keep unathorized changes from happening to the computer. I don't know what would happen if I did so is there a way to turn it off? thanks.

This should be moved to FPS Creator 9 (Original).

Anyway, run that software as Administrator (right click on the shortcut, goto properties -> compatibility -> run as administrator). Once you do that it will run as an admin all the time.

The other option you have is to disable UAC within the control panel of Windows.
