Hey there! Just a quick question:

I've added a silencer onto a weapon of mine, which means I dont want the area around me to lighten up yellow when I shoot.

What would I need to put into the gunspec in order to not show the light when shooting? I've removed the muzzleflash but I cant see anything about the light.

In Errant's gunspecs hey all have a few lines like

muzzlecolorred = X

That's what I can remember off the top of my head. Change them all to 0.

If you open up the HUD.X in notepad and locate the paragraph about "FIRESPOT" and delete that then you won't have any muzzle light or a flash. Or, you can open the .X in a 3D modelling app and delete the FIRESPOT bone then export to .X again.
