I'm trying to make this crate who has no gravity, slam full speed into the player upon activation and while activated, Re-spawn and again until deactivated

The problem I'm having is that all it does is slowly fall to the ground, the properties have been set up correctly so I'm not getting this

it doesn't explode or appear to receive damage either

I believe all of those settings are controlled through the FPE file, could you post that?

Make sure the entities health is above 0.

Movement commands tend to only work with character entities and entities that are modeled in a certain way to allow them to move around.
