as the title says i wanted to know if there is a script for dynamic polygon collision

Ehm that will only change the object collision to polygon but not DYNAMIC polygon collision which is not possible in FPSC without source modifying.Plus RedEye no offence but that is wrong,that is only useful for enabling and disabling collision with scripts.The real command for .fpe is collisionmode=
