Hello,

i am new here and could really use some help.
I am working on a game in fpsc and would like to know if we can (HOW TO) add a functionality in the game where the player can enter his choice of keys to play the game.

when you make the game in FPSC the program makes that function in the game. you can modofy the background in the menu

You can with Ply's Mod or Project Blue...

It has a command that edits the scancode of keys with the function listed in the setup.ini. If you find the relevant action number, the command can edit the scancode for it...

I can't remember the command's name though...

I believe the command you're looking for is "setconfig=X Y'. X being the key# (in the setup.ini file) and Y being the scancode to change it to.

I have tried the build game options, game menu script and other stuff .
actually i am just starting into programming .
to "Bibo4PC "
how to get a packaging sofware and how it works

to "Plystire "
Can you please explain a little how to use that command.
I just want a button in the main game menu just like new game or exit game button called controls and playe cean click on it and gets a screens of current keys and change them according to his use.
