'm currently trying to make a workaround to vehicles and i made a script so that if you press a key it moves the entity. But for some reason the entity just stays. Does anyone know what i did wrong.



desc = Move Vehicle

:state=0,scancodekeypressed=72:movefore=50
:state=0,scancodekeypressed=76:moveback=2
:state=0,scancodekeypressed=77:rotateiy=2

You didnt do anything wrong that i can tell. its just that those commands are really buggy, and i dont think they even work

There's already puppet scripts out there, but I don't know exactly where. Try searching "puppet" you might need to make the vehicle a character though.

So would i assign my script to the entity that i want to move? I'm using X10 by the way.
