FPSC Classic Scripts / skybox just wouldn't change using scripts, and am starting to go crazy

Hi everyone,
I use this script to change ambience/fog/skybox per level

it USED to work very fine until just today it decided not to work

now it only adjusts fog and ambience but skybox won't change..

I tried:
- using different skies
- deleting bin and dbo files
- rebooting my PC

still no results, any Ideas what could be causing this?
