1 : Yes you can make a dll with vb
2 : if you do a search you will find lots of info on this in these forums
3 : I`m not sure anyone will just give you the source , you have to do a little research yourself.

Followed that thread, and while most of it deals with VB.Net 2003-2005, the bigger problem is there was never a download made for the one tool, and any links given to outside sources are broken.

I haven't tested it yet, but there was one link still active, and the tool was updated just over a year ago. I'll let you know if it works for C# like it says it will. There's always STYX, but I really don't want to go that route.
