Coming Soon From Armageddon Games Is 24 Hours- The dead city

A 24 level Zombie Survival Taking place in a modern deserted city

Specs:

Each level in the game consist of one hour in the game time.
You must survive all the levels to complete the campaign

This mini game is being produced with Project Blue UM

24 Hours Level 1 BETA Release
Player will be slower
this will make it easier for zombies to swarm you
Custom scripts will be added to make the zombies smarter
meaning if they are stuck behind an object-- they will go around

Thanks Man-- yeah i have to adjust the traffic light range-- i am new to horror but i thought i would give it a try-- i usually mess around with war themed but i think this is going to be a good project

Thanks man-- I am trying to make this game as cool as possible-- the difficulty increases as the game progresses to -- enemies will be able to take more damage-- they will be faster-- deal more damage to the player-- swarm and towards the end of the game -- 2 hits will kill the player

Looks fantastic! Loved the video, thought it looked very atmospheric. Love the idea of playing for one solid hour as well - what a great idea!

Tbh, the lighting seemed kind of random, green street lights? Also, is this s'pposed to be 2 times as good as 12 hours?

Looks very good so far

I like the level design very much. But the lights obviously cause some bad effects, especially on the second screen (look at the floor). You can see every single segment... and there is more of that in the video.

I'm not sure... I've had this problem some time before, too, and I believe to remember I solved it by setting "imageblockmode" from "1" to "0" in the setup.ini or buildsetup.ini in the FPSC folder. But I'm not sure, might be wrong!!

Anyway, keep it up

Armageddon Games, could you just trim those shots down a little (800 x 600) so it doesn't stretch the forum for those with a screen width of 1024 or less please.

I am working around the clock on this project people, here are a few updates:

Custom Hud and Weapon Scripting is now being produced for this game

**EXCLUSIVELY**

Script Ability:

Weapon Swap

One Main Arm

One Side Arm

or

One Grenade

One RPG

Second Script/HUD

**under development**
All Weapons In inventory displayed as a transparent hud on the bottom of the screen

Weapon Slots Become Solid After the weapon is picked up

here is a basic outline as to what the hud will look like
with the pictures of the weapons-- there will also be a key to press on the keyboard to hide this hud

Hey, i could write the hud, it would be written in plys mod though... Do hud names only apply to each individual script? or can all scripts call upon the hud?

well in the next few weeks-- there is going to be a lot going on with this game-- between Kravenwolf's hud's, City Skyscrapers, and Ply's Script for the Weapon Swap And Hud Display Options -- but ill keep you guys updated on the progress-- the deadline for this progress may be postponed due to whether or not we decide to add more custom scripts and media.
