Well, this is my Ultimate contest entry.
I have a bunch of lel one screens.

Story:
You are a police officer who has been told to check out some calls that were made about dark shadows lurking near peoples houses.
You go and check it out, and what you find you would have NEVER imagined!...

Not bad, they need a few more entities though, and unfortunately I can't tell what you're trying to resemble here.

And i dont need it cram packed with entities, that is unrealistic

well -- check out my post for city structure-- my new game coming out -24 Hours -- takes place in a city-- her is the link

and unrealistic-- sorry dude-- but here is a little constructive criticism- you need to add alot more to your level to make it look like something real--like buildings-- get a modeler to make you like 4 poly buildings-- thats what i did- of course he is part of my team but he always does side jobs--
i payed him 60 dollars for a 32 item model pack-- 12 buildings-- skyscrapers- streetlights manhole-- curbs-- road segments road lines and telephone poles-- along with various other city objects

and all of them are in the video and screenshots i have on my post

You need plenty of entities (Whithin Reason) to make a game look, feel and flow realistically. Go outside right now and look around, how much is out there? Unless you are in the middle of nowhere or you live on a house floating on the ocean There will be lots of stuff around.
In some of your hallways, maybe just put some boxes/ barrels, even just a few of those well placed can look a lot nicer

One more tip, change your yellow lights to less, yellow, nothing is pure yellow like that so try a more orangeish-yellow
