I badly want to script or program but I need to know what language FPSC uses before I start learning.

It uses its own scripting format. Called .FPI. There are MANY posts which talk about this language just search around.

FPI scripting is a simple state-based effect code. Very very easy, and there are many scripts you can find in this forum that you can use.
