i've recently created a character, and i've followed all of the steps towards getting it fpsc ready... however, there is one small problem i keep encountering.
the problem has to do with the scale. in milkshape, it is proportionately accurate with the animation skeleton, but in fpsc it appears to be the size of an ant. the only way you can notice it is because the gun it's holding is at a normal scale, and poking up from the ground at you.
could anybody provide any explainations or solutions? i'd be happy to mail the necessary files if you want to take a look...
