if i buy a model pack with hands an i use those hands on other fpsc models from other model packs?
(e.x.- i buy model pack 6 and i allready have pack 9 or 10 can i get the hands on model pack 6 onto the models in packs 9 and 10)

You can, but you would need to rig the hands onto the weapons with a 3d modeller. I've never done this myself, so I can't help much, sorry.

Your best bet would be to rig guns to hands if you plan on going this, much easier than hand rigging, which is damned complicated.
