I'm going to post a little info on all of the Mods I know of.
Airmod: Don't use it, because it is open source and therefore incorporated into many other mods. However, it provides the benifits of extra scripting commands and alternate fire. Free.
Ply's Mod: Again, don't use it, because it is incorperated into one other mod. It adds multiple cameras (very useful), a new shader system, and dual wielding, among other things. It also vastly expands the FPI Language. Free older versions if you can find them. Newer versions are priced.
Lemur: You probably already know what this does, but it provides TDM for multiplayer, among other multiplayer features. I wouldn't reccommend it; multiplayer in FPSC isn't very reliable, stable, or good. Free.
efxMod: You can't use it unless you can speak German and can download it from the German Forums. It adds many visual effects, chief among them water and bloom. Unavailable.
WizMod (Reccomended): A very good mod, one of my favorites. It adds Water and other features, too many to list. Check out the WizMod thread for a link to the forums! Priced, not released yet.
S4Mod: Don't use it; it's incorporated into another Mod. It provides another timer and a timer based system for a more stable appearing frame rate. Free.
Project Blue UM (Reccommended): It is a combination of Ply's Mod, S4Mod, and Airmod. One of the best and one of my favorites, it is a widly used mod. Priced.
Cranox Mod: I like this mod and would reccommend it, except it doesn't have a usable release yet. Download the demo and try it; it's very impressive!

As far as I know, there have been, and will not be, any talks of integrating Cranox and WizMod. They are both impressive mods, yes, but are not likely to be integrated.
