Hey guys, does anyone know how to do a "radio voice" effect with Audacity, I am trying to make it sound like it's a pilot talking over a radio.

Yes, as a matter of fact.
It may not sound exact, but...

Put the sound through a High Pass filter
Amplify your sound so you get mild to moderate clipping.
De amplify it to the original volume, clips will stay.
Load the Equalization effect, set the volume at 100hz down, and the volume at 1000hz up, make sure 30hz is at the original spot.
Playback, it should sound somewhat like a radio voice, you may have to de-amplify again.

Hope this helps!
Personally you should get FL studio, you can achieve an outstanding radio effect using that

Come to think of it, you can download the demo version, you can do everything you can do with full, you can't save, BUT you can export your clips still

I am aware of that program, and I know you can achieve amazing results in it (man, take BigSnake as an example), but I'm on a budget. Actually, no I'm not. I'm broke.
So I'll stick with audacity, it's pretty powerful, and decent enough... for now.

You don't have to do all that stuph.you can just talk over radios for your voice overs and then clip the annoying kiddie beep at the end. (LOL)

Ultimate awesomeness is within my mortal grasp!
