Newcomers DBPro Corner / Enviroment mapping problem

So, i made a model which have enviroment mapping, problem is, the mapping seems to be deep black when i open the model in dbp. any ideas, why it doesn't show the real mapping?

What program did you make the model in? If you used an environment mapping feature in a modelling program, chances are it won't work in DB. You'll have to UV Map the model and texture it.
