i was wondering does anyone like to listen to music while they code. my personal favourite bands are Ash and Jimmy Eat World. (i wonder would classical music help me learn quicker)
also did anyone every have the simpsons on in the background when they were at their PC

I listen to Oldies Hits! I got a full pack of Mp3s of it! Chuck Berry, Four Tops, Jerry Lee Lewis etc etc ... oh yea, Elvis!

at home like to listen to Radio1 NetRadio, the above, some trance (i love trance when coding), techno (when i'm modelling) ... Basement Jaxx anytime

dunno somedays thou i have an uncontrollable urge to blast out Trakovski (not sure howto spell it) or some other classical stuff. And of course the day wouldn't start properly without Utah Saints to get my lazy ass outta bed

Never listen to music while doing any type of work. Because I write music myself, whenever I listen to a song I analyze it in my head and stop thinking about what I'm doing and say "what level is that bass loop mixed at?" Yeah music is a no no for concentration.
