Yeah not sure why you want to convert them again to an X format.

Anyway, if you mean you want to convert them so you can edit them and then convert them to an X format again.
I dont think thats possible, i thought no software could import X formats.

Im not sure what .loc is but a .fpe file is really just a text file with file paths to individual files, it isn't a model file.
