Newcomers DBPro Corner / cshop to dpro graphical errors

using dbpro and cshop i created a map inside cshop and then tried to load it into dbpro as x format usign the export tool built into c shop but when i run the program in dbpro my map has black streaks that resemble when two object intersect and get little tears. other than the textures not aplying right the map looks fine

Can you post a pic?

Just a few thoughts:

At a first look it seems to be z-depth fighting issue.

Did you clone/duplicate the objects or parts of them by mistake? (twice of same object/poly/face in the same place)
If there is an option to preserve UV mapping at export, did you enable it?
What's the near value of camera range?

here is the code ive been using to load it
and the 2 images are attached in a rar file. I checked my map doesnt appear that there are any objects colliding that could be causign the problem

well i got rid of the ghost object command have no idea what it does anyhow and used set object transparency 1,4 seems to work just fine now can see through my windows ect and no tearing
however the glass is completely transparent and the tga image file is only partially transparent with a hint of blue to look more like glass any ideas how to fix this. also why do lights i make in cshop not seem to work in dbpro to i need to transfer a light file over to that folder or something

The two glass planes fight with each other
I always put a single textured plane in the middle of the window frame

check attached model
( not perfect, done in a hurry )
don't forget this:
set object num,1,1,0,1,1,1,1
