Have a bunch of character and want to make the fpe into .x, do you know how?

FPE does not convert to .x but goes along with it. You can get others to answer this for you. I don't have much experience.

If you open the *.fpe file you'll find the actual *.X file mesh it uses written down on a line. *.fpe files are just simple text files that tell FPS Creator about what to do with the entity, and how to load/use it.
