Doing a high quality texture takes a long time. Just asking nicely isn't really enough for one to spend that kind of time.

I would suggest either offering pay or doing it yourself...

I think it would be really really easy to make relatively crudy hands for your character. (just the texture)

Heres the steps.
1. Open up your selected hands to sabotage in the 'Bonus Material for MP9 & MP10 users' folder.
2. In photoshop Select the area where the skin is showing on the wrist.
3. Copy and paste that selected area all over where the glove is
4. Apply the texture and you will have normal looking hands

Honestly I see no point in a gloveless retexture of EAI's hands as they would still not be compatible with any gloveless hands from another author.

And, yes his own retextures are numerous, there are even female hands for your own TR clones and included

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

I just tryed out my idea for the glovesless retexture and it worked but not very good, I just need like a good skin texture from... anywhere because the hands on MP9&10 are just a rectangular texture and I poorly filled them in with the wrist skin and it looked O.K but I'm going to try it with a better texture and if it looks good I'll give you a DL of the texture.

Normal looking hands...with no nails or wrinkles...

I'm working on a texture right now, with just the plain old wrist texture it looks like a mutant hand but right now I found a good skin texture on google and I'm working off of that to make a decent real looking hand texture for you guys.

Even if you made a glove-less texture it would look weird because of the bump in the models where the glove starts (lol, when I saw the title I thought this was a petition to release the hands for public usage!)
