No, because X10 is for computers running directx 10

there are also lots of ally scripts

3rd person games would defeat the purpose of FPS (though people have done it and it is possible but is quite hard to do)

as for ragdoll: Migration (some of bond1's animations look like ragdoll)

this should be in the feature creep, maybe?

x10 Will never work on XP, Nor will any x10 aplication, if you want to use it, buy a decent computer.

3rd Person is possible with plys mod.

Like vent said, there might be ragdoll in the migration, but there really isn't much new news on it and its been being talked about, but not worked on for I think 2 years.

I don't know what you mean by cover system.

There are billions of ally scripts, I suggest Gamer X's one:

I Think by cover he means like you press a button and you get stuck to an entity but you can always move behind one and press C(or what button is asigned)

Well they are both .FPI but i dont know if its writen specificly for X10 but there are still lots of ally script for X9

Thats not true, X10 scans the hardware for a certain hardware, if it passes then you are allowd to run the x10 fpsc-game.exe. Notice how XP users can create maps but not test them out ?

The Map-Editor was created with the available DBP, only the FPSC-Game Executable is written in the internal Dark Basic Pro X10 version...

Sorry, that was not very helpful.
What I am trying to say is that if someone wants in a certain script, or even a feature in a mod, then get to work.
It's up to you to help fill those needs too, not just request it.

My hat is off to those of you who have delved into DBP and tackled the FPSC source.
WELL DONE!!

And, good luck to those of you who will follow in their footsteps.

Fenix mod has a very simple 3rd person system, it's rather complicated with Ply's/UM


I'm the exception to every rule, that rule withstanding
