I want to make it so when i shoot a badguy with like a powerful weapon, he flys back and slides across the ground, any help will be appreciated.

IF GOD HAD WANTED YOU TO LIVE HE WOULD HAVE NOT HAVE CREATED ME!

you need to make a custom animation, or use x10 ragdoll.

i saw a vid wich demonstrated it, i dont remember what it was called, but he shot a colonel x wit an auto slug and he flew back and smashed into some boxes, its not a custom anim.

You could try editing the physics in the character, just right click it and check out it's physics properties to make it really light and have no friction. Give that a go.
