FPSC Classic Models and Media / how do you add custom animation?

hi everyone im new on the forms but have been on fpsc for a while now and i found this model on terbo squid it has a direct x file format so i think i can use the model in fpsc ( correct me if im wrong) but what i dont know is how do you make animations for the charicter and what program do you use and sorry if im posting this in the wrong forms thanks
