I'm not sure. Isn't FPSC IP a mod, if so then it won't work.

If I'm correct FPSC IP IS a Modification, it replaces FPSC-Game.exe to add more features and allow communication with the lobby application. If this is true it will not work with FPS Creator X10, since it has been designed for X9.
