@darimc, thanks, ill change the death soud.

@Kravenwolf , I use bolth milkshape to modle in then i use UVMapper Professional to uv map in, then i use 3ds max to animate them,rig them and export them.

Quite alot of unnessecary verts on the hands and also on the grenade.

I have to admit the grenade I got lazy on and just used a spear to make them. but the hands are high poly for good detail,I acully made this modle for something else then I decided to make a military army for my game, so I started with this modle.

I have found it's a thin line between vertices, and functionality with hands in fpsc, I like this character and would put up with a bit of lag. Good Work Dan

well, if you think a modle with 6000 pollies will slow down frame rate then I say get a better graphics card. but really! most of all bond one modles, the most resent ones are around the same polly count as this one, I never herd any one complain? but like I said I will reduce the hands for you if neded, I dont mind.

Yea, this was a test animation only the way I had it set up, now he comes to you then when he gets to you he starts atacking you and he stays right in front of you. no shrinking now, sorry I should have waited for the video, mabey Ill make a new one now that his animation timing is difrent.
