[X9] Untitled Project - Mind Trix Entry (56k Warning)

I wasn't originally going to start a WIP for this, but I find that I tend to work more on a project when I have a thread started for it.

Yes, this is my Mind Trix entry, and no, the screenshots are not showing the scenes in their final stages. I still have to make several lighting adjustments (apologies if a few of the screenshots come out too dark), and I still have several entities to add to the scenes to make them more cluttered and more realistic (light fixtures would be a good place to start). I probably won't be showing the refined screen captures here because I want to keep something new and appealing for the judges to find when the time comes. But I will keep updating this topic with "early-stage" screenshots as I make more progress.

No, No, No, No, NOOO! Why did you enter! The winner is here! And I didn't know that Errant already released that chainsaw, man! But I'm gonna still enter. I think I'll have chances, cause I'm redoing my game and it looks awesome!!!!

Aw... don't worry theres always second place to grab.
Great looking screens, though the first two are a little too dark.

Oh man, the maven of shuddersome environments unveils another

This is definitely looking like another creepy, and outstanding project there Kravenwolf, surely giving a good chance at placing well in the contest to say the least. Hope to see more soon man.

Cheers

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

This one has a chainsaw, despite Kravenwolf's awesomeness...the chainsaw is what'd make me vote for this...

Dang Kravenwolf, you should really try out going commercial with some of your work. Its amazing man!! Love the audio you've got for it too.

Sent you an email Kraven.

The first screens are too dark for my taste I'm afraid. On my monitor the images are almost completely black. I can barely make out a hallway in them.

I hope your lighting adjustments improve the feel of the game.

Running my latest game superbly on FPSC and Project Blue Mod.

Or make an entity out of it and take the EAI chainsaw and totally own it

Great job Kravenwolf, although it may seem too grayish, it still remains just right.

I'm not going to enter the contest now, as too many people are getting better and better. Either that or I'll try to seriously work my off making custom media. Whatever.

Looks good so far. My main crit is that I think it's a little too dark, adding more lights here and there will help enhance the effect of the darkness. For example in the hallway with the chainsaw, I'd add a single white ceiling light with a low range.
(Of course, you already know that they are too dark, but I thought I'd throw that out there just the same)
