The main word im gunna say for making a fake dynamic sun is - Bloom

Ok , first off ; set your skybox to #5 and make sure you can see the sun in the background , now slide your bloom up about 3/4 of the way then turn the bloom size up full. Tada , you now have a fake dynamic sun , walk behind a wall or something so the halve the sun is missing and you should see the effect , screenie attached
