Yes, it is possible with the newer updates of FPSC. There are Appear scripts that you can use to activate headshots on entities.

If you're refering to MP, then I don't believe so.

Its Realy easy to do in Knxrb's Horror mod, you can add headshots that knock off the heads and add a pool of blood at the neck

i dont think its possible in MP tho.

Mm, head shots are the best! Was so glad when they had them in Half Life 2; was really spoiled by Syphon Filter (except for head shots followed by screams... bad sound effects people!!).

In stock FPSC, just set a character's appear script to "appearwithheadshot.fpi".
