I want to make my own damage HUD and damage sound , but I don't know how to change it , does any one know ?

Easy.
Just go to C:/Program Files/The Game Creators/FPS Creator/Files/Gamecore/Huds

And there's an image file named "eyehud", just backup that one and replace it with something else of your choice.
As for sounds, all you have to do is make a new player soundset and load it via the start marker.
